The Reflector’s Almanac

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These terms cover your use of The Reflector’s Almanac at reflectorsalmanac.com. By using the site you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable.

1. What the service currently is

Today The Reflector’s Almanac offers one thing: a free Lunar Transit Analysis, computed from the birth data you provide, delivered on screen and by email as a permanent link. You can also join our mailing list.

Your Monthly Energy Forecast is described on this site as a paid subscription but is not yet available for purchase. Nothing on this site currently charges you, and we will publish subscription and refund terms before that changes.

2. What we compute, and what we interpret

The Reflector’s Almanac computes real astronomical positions using the Swiss Ephemeris and maps them against Human Design’s published gate, channel and center logic. The computation is astronomical and can be checked. The interpretation is written for self-reflection, not as established fact.

Human Design has not been scientifically validated as a predictive or diagnostic system. We stand behind the accuracy of the underlying astronomical computation and the honesty of the interpretive writing. We do not claim the interpretive content is scientifically true.

3. Not advice

Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and nothing in it substitutes for professional care. Please do not make medical, legal or financial decisions based on it.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or a crisis line in your area rather than this site.

4. Accuracy depends on what you give us

Your chart is computed from the birth date, time and place you enter. Birth time in particular matters: an hour of error shifts your windows by hours. If the data you provide is wrong, your results will be wrong, and that is not something we can detect or correct.

5. Your analysis link

Each analysis gets a private link containing a random token. It is not password protected, and anyone you send it to can view it. Treat it as you would a shared document link. We do not publish these links or list them anywhere.

We may change or remove links if we need to, for example when migrating systems, and we will tell mailing-list subscribers if we do.

6. Using the site fairly

Please do not attempt to break into, overload, scrape at volume, or automatically submit forms to this site, and please do not use it to compute charts for other people without their knowledge. We may block access if you do.

7. Who owns what

The site, its written content, its design, and the software behind it belong to us. Your birth data belongs to you, and your own analysis is yours to keep, print and share.

8. Availability

This is a small independent product. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or discontinue features. If something you rely on is going away, mailing-list subscribers will hear about it first.

9. Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, which at present is nothing.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes will be announced to the mailing list rather than made quietly.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
