The Reflector’s Almanac

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

The Reflector’s Almanac computes personal Human Design charts from birth data. That means we ask you for information that is genuinely personal, and this page says plainly what we collect, why, where it goes, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

When you request your free Lunar Transit Analysis: your first name, your email address, and your birth date, time and place. From those we compute and store your chart data: your natal gates and your type percentages.

When you join the Forecast waitlist or mailing list: your email address.

When you submit either form, we also record how you arrived: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (the utm_ values, if there were any), the domain of the site that linked you, and which page of ours you landed on first. That is so we know which posts and links actually reach Reflectors. We record the linking domain only, never the full address of the page you came from.

That is the whole list. We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies. The site sets no cookies at all. The one thing we do store in your browser is how you arrived, held in your browser’s session storage so it survives you clicking from one of our pages to another. It is discarded when you close the tab, and it never leaves your browser unless you submit a form.

Why we collect it

Where it goes

We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and your data touches only the ones it needs to:

When paid subscriptions launch, payments will be processed by Stripe, and this policy will be updated before that happens. We never see or store card numbers.

We do not sell your data, rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone beyond the providers above. There is no advertising on this site and your information is not used for anyone’s advertising.

How long we keep it

Your analysis and the birth data behind it are kept so that your permanent link keeps working. If you want them gone instead, see the next section.

Your choices

Children

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted their details, email us and we will delete them.

Where we operate

The Reflector’s Almanac is operated from Ontario, Canada. Our service providers listed above store data on servers in the United States.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes, and if you are on the mailing list we will say so there rather than changing things quietly.
